In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting our senior brokers by offering timely and proactive administrative support. You will work closely with specialist brokers who deliver advisory services, ensuring the seamless management of insurance programs for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will encompass:
- Supporting the team with administrative and broking tasks.
- Preparing documents including tailored reports.
- Managing core administrative functions like policy processing (new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations).
- Overseeing certificates of currency and claims data input.
- Sending renewal reminders and assisting with debtor management.
- Maintaining and updating client databases and electronic files.
- Utilizing intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe software to support workflow.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation for both internal and external clients.
- Upholding ethical and professional practices in all business activities.
